SYNERGIA Engineering as a subsidiary of ALPSIAN PIPELINE & HENAN D.R. Construction Group., was established in 2012 to offer its expertise in the design, fabrication and erection of heavy structural steel and pipeline works for various industrial and commercial projects.

 

With production capacity of 150,000 MT per year, and a plant facility area of 350,000 M², SYNERGIA Engineering has been supplying fabricated structural steel and pipeline works for major power & desalination plants, petrochemical plants, Solar power, oil & gas sector, factory workshop, steel bridges, high-rise building projects as well as other industrial and commercial complexes within southeast Asia and middle east markets.

 

SYNERGIA Engineering utilizes the latest Engineering software (Tekla, BIM, CAD) for steel structure 3D model analysis, connection design, steel fabrication drawing preparation and state-of-the-art processing equipment, like Robotic welding station, Laser cutting machine, Rolling and bending machines, PKG Robotic steel cutting line, 3D CNC Drilling machine, Automatic H beam and box girder production lines, Sand blasting machines, painting house for fabrication.

 

SYNERGIA Engineering Quality Management Systems are in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and has also attained ISO 14001: 2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 Health, Safety and Environment certifications which resulted in the improvement of process efficiencies, safety of workforce and meeting the environmental requirement. Quality standards can be AISC,CE, ISO3834, ISO, CWB.
